Senior Occupational Therapist Position
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven occupational therapist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will supervise and mentor a small team of occupational therapists. You will also have the choice of working on and off site to manage your own caseload. You will possess strong clinical and leadership skills with the ability to follow through as well as the ability to co-manage clients with different health professionals in a dynamic team environment.

Skills and competency requirements
- Experience working with NDIS participants, able to work with diverse clients
- Experience in independently providing occupational therapy consultations
- Experience in a range of occupational therapy assessments
- Strong etiquette, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent ability to set and follow treatment schedules and manage deadlines
- Leadership skills and ability to mentor and support junior/graduate occupational therapists
- Goal-oriented, ambitious and eager to excel
Desirable but not essential
