  • $85-$127K Full time Salary (Based on previous supervising experience)
  • Starting: 1st of March 2021

  • Full-time role in a supportive environment
  • Flexible working hours (clinic is open 8am-8pm weekdays and 8am-6pm weekends). Total 38 hours per week

Position objectives

  • Provide mentoring, supervision and training to OT graduates
  • Provide high-quality service to clients, parents and carers
  • Possess strong clinical skills 
  • Ability to work independently as well as harmoniously within a collaborative team environment
  • Understand the importance of adhering to company policies, procedures and values
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of clients
  • Ability to co-manage clients with different departments (OT, physio, psychologist, speech pathologist, dietitian)

Skills and competency requirements

1. Essential Skills and Competencies

  • Experience working with NDIS participants
  • Ability to coach and train OT Graduates on assessments, report writing and treatment plans
  • Experience in independently providing OT consultations
  • Experience in a range of OT assessments
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong face to face etiquette & people skills
  • Strong communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent ability to set treatment schedules and adhere to them
  • Ability to work in with a vast range of clients
  • Goal orientated with a huge drive to succeed
  • Ability to manage deadlines

2. Desirable but not essential

  • Proven track record in leadership
