Dietitians for no-diet, science-based weight loss
Ready to end the weight loss battle for good?
Have you tried and failed to lose weight and keep it off? Done every diet only to end up fatigued and miserable? Perhaps you’re caught in a cycle of yo-yo dieting and rebound weight gain? Maybe you’re stuck in a pattern of emotional eating or boredom eating? Or perhaps a medical condition, injury or medication is causing weight gain or preventing weight loss?
It’s not your fault.
Why your weight loss hasn’t worked
Most popular weight loss protocols are doomed to fail in the long term because they work against the body’s biology and ignore personal factors. In fact, research shows that dieting or restrictive eating causes weight gain by lowering metabolism and encouraging overeating by disrupting natural appetite signals. It sets you up for an ongoing BATTLE.
But what if there was a way to achieve sustainable, healthy weight loss while enjoying delicious food and flexible eating without guilt or shame?

Our Value
Our accredited practising dietitians (APDs) are experts in uncovering complex factors that contribute to body weight, and turning them into simple, easy-to-follow weight loss plans that work with your body, your lifestyle and your tastebuds.
With specialised qualifications in nutrition science and extensive experience working with clients whose weight issues stem from diverse factors, our dietitians base each person’s tailored, personalised plan on solid scientific evidence. We know it works.
If you’re not seeking dietetic services via a CDM or through NDIS, TAC, WorkCover, DVA or My Aged Care, you don’t need a referral. Simply click below to book now.
