Serving to protect one's country is a significant human act, but it can lead to lasting physical and mental challenges for veterans. Soaring Health works with the Department of Veteran’s Affairs to provide veterans with comprehensive care at no cost to them, helping them return to civilian life. Eligible individuals can schedule an appointment by presenting their Veteran Card.

D.V.A Eligibility Information

Gold card holders have unlimited access to our services, according to clinical need.
White card holders can also access all services, but only for treatment of specific conditions such as arthritis or degenerative conditions.

CAncellation Policy

If a participant, client, or patient needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, they are required to give Soaring Health 2 clear business days' notice. If a cancellation is made within 2 clear business days, 100% payment will be required.
Cancellation fees are not covered by D.V.A and will be required to be paid out of pocket.

Department of Veteran’s Affair (DVA) What is it?
Department of Veteran’s Affair (DVA) is an Australian Government owned company which provides support for veterans who have served or are serving members in the Australian Defense Force with at least one day of continuous full-time service.
Who is eligible?
Veterans who have served in the Australian Defense Force (depending on their situation) with at least one day of continuous full-time service. Soaring Health offers services to those holding a gold or white DVA card.
What support is available?
The Veteran Card will be provided to those met the eligibility. The cardholder (either gold or white cardholder) will be eligible to receive following services based on their needs.
Any costs?
Soaring Health Sports, Wellness & Community Centre in Thomastown does not charge any gap payments to white & Gold cardholders. The DVA Gold Cardholder can access to the services listed above according to clinical need. The DVA White Cardholder can access to the services listed above for treatment of specific conditions only.
