Motor vehicle injuries can vary in severity from minor to life-changing. At Soaring Health, we strive to resolve all injuries caused by transport accidents and collisions. The services available to TAC clients at Soaring Health have been purposefully selected and tailored to address the physical, mental and emotional effects of injuries caused by road trauma.
Part of our dedicated community division, this program of services is also designed to relieve the financial burden of your accident and ensure that you receive the treatment you need, when you need it, without out-of-pocket fees. You can access our services through the TAC as soon as you have a claim number, meaning you can dedicate your full focus to making an efficient and satisfying recovery.
If a participant, client, or patient needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, they are required to give Soaring Health 2 clear business days' notice. If a cancellation is made within 2 clear business days, 100% payment will be required.
Cancellation fees are not covered by T.A.C and will be required to be paid out of pocket.
Nothing. Once you have a TAC claim number, we will invoice the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) directly for the full cost of treatment. Our community programs and services are available to all clients. If you would like us to request payment from the TAC directly, you will need to provide us with a TAC claim number. You will have no out-of-pocket fees on these services.
Who should I see?
Initially you will see a Soaring Health practitioner who will assess your injuries and recommend the appropriate services, supports and products to help you restore function and wellbeing. Our assessors are AHPRA registered and have years of experience diagnosing and managing trac accident injuries.
Do I need a referral?
No, you do not need a referral to see any of our practitioners. You do need a claim number if you are intending to claim the service through the TAC. Once you have a TAC claim number, contact our community engagement team at hello@soaringhealth.com.au or call 9013-5987 to make a booking.
How can I check if I’m eligible?
To find out whether you’re eligible to access our services under TAC provisions, simply call us with your claim number and we can check your eligibility online using our practitioner platform. We can have an answer for you in seconds.
